One of the BEST ways to develop YOURSELF!

REFLECTION is the number one way to develop yourself.
…and as much as I wish I could just stop there and make it easy on you…I can’t.

I can’t because REFLECTION alone won’t lead to self-improvement.

Self-improvement requires REFLECTION + OWNERSHIP.

Here’s what I mean by OWNERSHIP…

Let’s say you had a pretty bad day at work, so you begin to reflect on the day. Upon reflecting it’s likely that you’ll identify a few things you could have done better, however our natural human tendency is to blame others.

After all, it couldn’t be your fault you had a bad day…right?

Well…what if we looked through the lens of full OWNERSHIP.

What if, instead of focusing on what others did wrong, you took OWNERSHIP and reflected on what you could have done better?

What could you have done better with your spouse or significant other?
What could you have done better with your child/children?
What could you have done better with your boss?
What could you have done better with your peers?

These are all questions that indicate OWNERSHIP through REFLECTION.

If you’re reading this post, it’s very likely you’re interested in self-improvement, so consider employing this tactic of REFLECTION + OWNERSHIP in your daily routine.

All self-improvement starts with self-awareness.

Resolve to push your boundaries and create more time for REFLECTION!

Be GREAT!
…and stay inspired; it’s a lifestyle choice!
