22,674 men lost their lives in the American Revolutionary War to ensure the signing of the “Declaration of Independence” mattered 237 years ago.
When was the last time you took the time to read it?

On September 17, 1787, approximately 11 years and 2 months later, the “United States Constitution” was signed.

March 4, 1789, the Constitution went into effect. September 25, 1789, our new United States Congress proposed the “Bill of Rights”.

Since then, 1,283,574 Americans have lost their lives in combat defending and protecting our ability to exercise these “unalienable Rights; among which are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”.
I suppose, the very least that we owe those who have made the ultimate sacrifice on our behalf, is the decency and respect to read, understand and know these rights! The better we understand our rights, the less likely we are to accept any breach or compromise of those rights!
After all these are the rights that give us access to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness!
Stay inspired and have a Happy Independence Day!
